Nice to meet you, I’m Anna
I’m a therapist, yoga teacher, and meditation guide. I completed my Master’s degree in Counselling, psychotherapy, and spirituality at Saint Paul University in Ottawa, Ontario. Before my career in mental health, I spent more than a decade living in Nepal practicing and studying contemplative traditions.
My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses innate wisdom and compassion, which can serve as powerful catalysts for personal transformation. Through a combination of talk therapy, and body-focused approaches, I help my clients reconnect with their inner resources, cultivate greater awareness, heal relational wounds, and release generational burdens.
Specializing in mindfulness, trauma recovery, chronic pain, and relational therapy, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your inner landscape, heal past wounds, and cultivate a deeper sense of meaning in your life.
I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
My registration number is 17088.
