Somatic Support For Healing and Regulation

My groups and workshops are designed to offer co-regulation, nervous system support, and embodied presence.

These offerings are not a replacement for therapy. Rather, they are intended to support and deepen therapeutic work by helping the body experience safety, connection, and regulation in a relational setting.

Drawing on somatic psychotherapy, yoga, and contemplative practices, groups create space to:

  • settle the nervous system through shared regulation

  • develop greater capacity to stay with bodily sensation and emotion

  • explore movement and breath as resources for safety and choice

  • cultivate presence without pressure to perform or “fix”

In group settings, participants often experience something that is difficult to access alone:
the nervous system learning safety in relationship.
