Somatic Support For Healing and Regulation
My groups and workshops are designed to offer co-regulation, nervous system support, and embodied presence.
These offerings are not a replacement for therapy. Rather, they are intended to support and deepen therapeutic work by helping the body experience safety, connection, and regulation in a relational setting.
Drawing on somatic psychotherapy, yoga, and contemplative practices, groups create space to:
settle the nervous system through shared regulation
develop greater capacity to stay with bodily sensation and emotion
explore movement and breath as resources for safety and choice
cultivate presence without pressure to perform or “fix”
In group settings, participants often experience something that is difficult to access alone:
the nervous system learning safety in relationship.
