Family therapy is a collaborative approach that involves working with families to help them improve communication, resolve conflicts, and create healthier dynamics. As a therapist, I view the family as a complex system where each member plays a role and contributes to the overall functioning of the unit. My goal is to help families identify and understand their patterns of interaction, as well as the underlying issues that may be causing distress or conflict.
Through therapy, families can develop new ways of relating to one another, strengthen their bonds, and navigate challenges more effectively.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers
