• Co-Regulation & Healing Space for Therapists + Helping Professionals

A 90-minute in-person restorative workshop with guided somatic practice, cacao, and sound healing

As therapists and helping professionals, we hold space for others every day — yet our own nervous systems need places of rest, resonance, and renewal.
This gathering offers a sanctuary to slow down, attune to your body, and reconnect with the healing nourishment of shared presence.

Through guided somatic practices, we’ll explore the foundations of co-regulation and relational intelligence — cultivating awareness of how safety, empathy, and nervous system attunement move through connection.

You’ll be invited into practices of deep rest with restorative yoga posture and embodied listening, supported by a gentle gong sound journey led by Anna and the ceremonial warmth of cacao — a traditional heart-opening beverage that enhances grounding and emotional connection.

Following the 90-minute practice, you’re welcome to stay for tea and informal conversation — an opportunity to connect with colleagues in a relaxed and restorative environment.
