At the very core of Yoga and somatic healing PRACTICE is love…and Love heals
Yogic Arts include a diversity of practices to awaken innate wisdom and compassion. I have been practicing yogic arts for more than 18 years and my wish to share these teaching so you have the tools to heal yourself.
In many of the teachings that I’ve studied and practiced there is emphasis on the interconnection between the organization of the organic body and the way we think and feel. In essence (from this perspective) what we think and feel in not separated from the organisation of the body.
By touching the body deeply with awareness, you take responsibility of your health, your emotional maturity, and what you create. Working with the field of awareness behind the surface of conceptual thinking is the soma (the living body). The direct experience of being. By coming home to the body, we touch the present moment, and it is only in this present moment that we can heal and transform suffering. The body has an innate capacity to know. The body holds immense wisdom.
Healing is risky. It’s a process of facing your own addiction to suffering, facing our insecurities, and the flawed belief system that prevents genuine happiness and love.
